For Those Seeking Real Strength
This mentorship is for those who seek to build real strength, mental toughness, and a clear direction in every area of their lives.

Jordan’s first military fitness academy
Enter the Training Ground NowHell Day is your real test at Combat50
Once a week, we leave the walls behind for open ground. No machines, no mirrors, no shortcuts. Just rough terrain, heavy loads, long distances, and a team standing beside you.
Every time, we explore different terrain and uncover hidden gems across Jordan — from narrow wadis carved through rock by floodwater, to the high mountains of the north, to the harsh terrain of the south that tests your grit step by step.
This is where endurance is built the hard way. Logs carried on the shoulders. Fast sprints over uneven ground. Long routes of climbs and descents, sand and rock, shade and sun.
Hell Day isn’t about looking strong in front of others — it’s about discovering your strength in the heart of nature. Every mission reveals a new place, and every site adds a different lesson.
The goal is always the same: adapt, endure, and move forward as one team.

New ground and a new theme every month. Format built to suit whatever the site offers.
4TH SATURDAY
The backbone of the programme. The session where grit is forged.
COMBAT50BROTHERHOOD & DISCIPLINE
This system gives you a balance between:
• Strength built inside
• And endurance tested outside
Our goal isn’t just a workout — it’s preparing a body and mind that can perform under pressure, whether inside the gym or out in the open field.
Treks at Combat50 aren’t just training — they’re an immersive experience where you are put to the test.
Between mountains and valleys, across flowing water and rocks that challenge every step, we discover Jordan from a different angle. No screens, no paved roads, no easy rest. Just you, your team, and nature.
Every trek takes us somewhere new: water canyons in summer, mountain trails in winter, and desert terrain that tests your endurance and your resolve.
We walk for long hours, carrying what we need on our backs, and learn to handle fatigue, hunger and thirst. We stop to check the map, set our direction, and make team decisions under the pressure of time and conditions.
The trek reveals who you really are. You can’t fake strength at the tenth kilometre, and you can’t turn back when your team is counting on you.
From every trek we return stronger, more united, and knowing more about our land and ourselves.

Enter the Training Ground NowTeam spirit is the heart of military training: it makes the effort lighter and the achievement greater. When you train as one unit, you share the fatigue, the ambition and the push forward, and a real bond forms that builds trust and strengthens resolve

Prepare to the Highest Standards
Our military physical-preparation programmes and mindset-building events are designed to test body and mind together — with clear purpose, not chaos. You won’t be thrown in unprepared. Every standard is explained, and every expectation precisely defined.
These programmes are run by retired military personnel, former military instructors, retired special-forces operators and field-experienced coaches, so the training you receive is built on proven methods.
Whether you are preparing for military selection tests or pursuing serious self-development, this programme teaches you to lead yourself under pressure — decisively, calmly, in full control.
A comprehensive approach to physical and mental preparation built on real-world demands, not gym aesthetics. It develops strength, endurance, resilience and composure under pressure. Training focuses on functional movement, endurance, load-carrying capacity and recovery — preparing individuals to perform through fatigue, strain and challenge. Equal attention is given to mindset, discipline and decision-making, so that body and mind work as one system.
The ruck run is a cornerstone of military conditioning, designed to build endurance, durability and mental toughness under load. Participants run or move at a set pace carrying a weighted backpack, training the body to perform efficiently under a burden. It develops leg strength, core stability, cardiovascular capacity and joint resilience — while reinforcing posture and movement discipline.
Designed to develop endurance, awareness and mental toughness by moving through Jordan’s varied and demanding terrain. By day, treks challenge physical capacity under heat, distance and elevation. By night, they sharpen focus, navigation and composure in low-visibility environments, where discipline and teamwork matter most. Each condition introduces controlled pressure that builds confidence and adaptability.
Bodyweight training is the foundation of functional strength and body control. Using only the body’s own weight, this system develops strength, flexibility, coordination and endurance without relying on machines. Every movement demands control, balance and precision — favouring efficiency over excess.
Abseiling develops control, confidence and composure in vertical environments. Participants learn to descend safely and efficiently using ropes, harnesses and correct technique, with a focus on body position, brake control and trust in the equipment. Every move is deliberate and methodical.
Navigation skills develop awareness, decision-making and self-reliance in unfamiliar terrain. Participants are trained to read maps, understand terrain features, and navigate by compass and natural indicators. The emphasis is on route planning, pace control, direction control, and staying oriented through fatigue and pressure.

IRON STALLION
Ranks are the official progression system within C50.
Holding your rank depends primarily and directly on your commitment to attendance — in indoor and outdoor sessions alike. Progress isn’t measured in words, but in the number of sessions you commit to and actually complete.
And with every new rank, progressive privileges unlock for you:
Ranks don’t only reflect fitness.
They reflect your attendance, your discipline, and your standing within the training community.
These privileges aren’t for show — they are a direct reflection of your journey and your commitment.
When you rise through the ranks, you’re not just collecting badges — you’re building an identity and a responsibility.
At C50, a rank is not a title.
It is an attendance record written in effort.
And a privilege carried by merit.
